As a basketball coach there are certain chores you must to do get to the fun stuff, playing and coaching basketball. This software can help coaches of youth and kids basketball teams to plan their season. You can enter the teams full roster and starting line-up for each quarter for each game. The roster can be printed out so there will not be any confusion at the start of each quarter who is to be in the game and who is on the bench. The information is good for planning upcoming games, but also for reviewing past games. See which group of players performs the best together and against what type of competition. Also, it can be used to track playing time and positions for the entire season. The data is all right there, so you will not have to try and remember what happened six weeks ago. Game results, date, and opponent fields are also available. Basketball Roster Assistant was programmed to be simple. As you enter new players into a line-up, they are automatically put into the main team roster. From then on their name will be available via a pull down menu on the roster editing or entry page. The software is freeware and is, therefore, free to download with all features included.
