Tom works for a construction company and has been smoking for the the last 20 years. He smokes about 40 cigarettes per day. He wants to cut down but finds it very difficult. He downloads vClinic SMOKER to his mobile and sets a maximum cigarette limit of 20 per day. If he smokes more than 20 cigarettes per day, vClinic SMOKER will warn him. Using vClinic SMOKER, he discovers that he smokes 80% of his cigarettes during working hours. He realizes that everytime he grabs a coffee he also smokes. He makes an effort to cut down on coffee during his working day and this results in a reduction in the number of cigarettes he smokes.
