Optimism Mood Chart Software 2.9.7 Publisher's description
A quick, easy to use application that is powerful in helping you understand your mental health. It is used for recovering from depression and other illnesses, for maintaining good health, and as a self-help tool.
Optimism prompts you to keep a detailed record of all things that affect your state of mind. By monitoring patterns in your life you can identify negative influences that you need to avoid, early warning signs that your health is deteriorating, and the inputs and activities that benefit you most. Charts and reports highlight cause and effect relationships that you might normally miss.
All output can be printed or saved to PDF, and emailed to a health professional prior to appointments if appropriate.
What's new in this version: A new set of icons has replaced the previous set. The 2 and 4 week charts can now be adjusted to start or end on any date. Minor changes have been made to the Help content, and the serial validation process has been updated.
