The Football Club Case Study
Valley Roan FC use club2web to ensure that their football club is efficiently managed and continues to grow. Sam Davey, the club Manager uses their club2web account on a daily basis to manage almost every aspect of the club's operations.
Since he signed up to club2web, the numbers attending training across all teams has increased by 15%. This is because club2web automatically reminds members via SMS and email in advance of each training session.
As club2web can receive SMS responses from members also, Sam knows in advance who is going to attend each training session and doesn't have to call each one anymore.
The system also provides reports on who attended each training session and allows Sam to rate and analyse their training performance over time.
Sam also records all match results in his club2web account. As every member receives their own online and mobile user account, they can access the match scores anytime and anywhere.
Sam also likes the fact that as he travels abroad regularly with his job, his colleague George can quickly take over the club management without the need for handing over phone numbers and documentation.
Overall, Sam believes that club2web had significantly reduced the administrative burden of managing the club and the members believe that it is much more efficient and successful.
