General Notes:
- This firmware is compatible with WRT54G hardware version 8.2 only. Please check the bottom of your router to make sure you have the correct version.
- Disconnect all wireless clients from the router during the upgrade process. Make sure no wireless clients attempt to associate with the router until the upgrade process is complete.


(NOTE: Firmware 8.2.06 and above are not compatible with Linksys EasyLink Advisor (LELA) version 1.6. If you would like to continue to use LELA 1.6, do not upgrade the router with these firmware builds.)

Before installing version 8.2.07 of Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G BroadBand Router Firmware for Windows make sure this is the latest version available and that it works with your current operating system and device model. If the driver contains release notes ("readme" files) proceed with reading them first. Second recommended step is creating a restore point to help you later on in case you install the wrong device driver.
