What's New:

1.Fixes bug that Card Bus card such as Xircom and Intel Card Bus LAN cards can't get required resource if being hot-plugged at run-time at first time on a system with external VGA.
2.Updated VBIOS to fix bug that the TV monitor displays noisy signal.
