Boss walks in unannounced quickly press ALT - Z and they disappear from sight and he'll never know their open, even the speakers and microphone are muted! Once he's done telling you what a great job your doing and leaves, simply press ALT - Z again and they return to where they were. ALTZ gives you control over your open windows to quickly hide and stay on top of things.
