iStateSoft Auto Manager is a fully-rebrandable, powerful car rental solution, which was developed with car dealers? needs in mind. Its main function is to automate car search, car presentation, and car hire process, thus facilitating day-to-day car rental/sales operations.

iStateSoft Auto Manager is a full-featured vehicle listings software, which allows car dealers to manage their fleet easily and quickly. The comprehensive administrator?s control panel allows you to add, edit, approve or decline listings, add, edit, manage car owners, check in the car availability, accept payments right from the web site, upload unlimited car photos and movies, keep track of car reservations, set up different membership levels, and print/export reports.

The software can be used both for car rents and car sales. Showcasing vehicle listings with iStateSoft Auto Manager doesn?t require strong computer knowledge. You may manage the listings using only your browser.

Built-in help desk system allows auto dealers to efficiently interact with their web site visitors and provide timely assistance. Editable FAQ section lets you create a good knowledge base. Reports on new/expired owners and customer payments can be exported to word or excel file and printed for future reference.

Visitors to the car rental web site, created with iStateSoft Auto Manager can: forward ads to friends, check-in car rates and availability, make car reservations, use car advanced search for close match results, look through the car photos, make payments to car owners, print the car description.

iStateSoft Auto Manager has a real-time credit-card processor, which accept payments from major payment gateways: PayPal, 2CheckOut, Authorize.net, etc.

iStateSoft Auto Manager is highly recommended to small to mid car dealership owners if they decided to take their car rental business online or automate the existing vehicle listings.
