With My Time Manager you can take notes as often as you like. My Time Manager also has a feature that will ask you what you are working on after specified intervals of time. My Time Manager will sit in the system tray and tell you how much time has gone by on the current project/task when you right click on the icon. My Time Manager is 100% free to use and contains no spyware or malware.
