Use Excel to schedule 1, 2 or 3 breaks per shift for up to 25 shifts and 100 Employees for a week with 1 to 6 break groups per shift to spread the breaks over time and avoid large disruptions in your workforce. You can assign your employees to break groups or you can let the spreadsheet randomly and evenly assign them to groups. Daily break rosters are created for each shift and employee break schedules are produced to show all break schedules. Spreadsheets are available to schedule breaks for 100, 250, 500, 1,000 and 1,500 employees and up to 25 shifts for a week.
