Download your free Protected Trust Deed application for desktop use. For the first time you can apply for a Protected Trust Deed from your own computer without the need of a browser. The Protected Trust Deed application is set up for Windows machines only and can be transferred from one computer to another without difficulty. No copyright infringement, as this is freeware. This is free for home and business use. Area of jurisdiction is Scotland only as it relates to Scots law (the equivalent in the rest of the UK is an IVA). Especially useful for small business owners who have been hit by the recession.
