Canadian Mortgage calculations are also implemented in LoanAmortizer Standard Edition, both for mortgage and regular loans.
LoanAmortizer Standard Edition is one of the few loan amortization and schedule preparation programs that complies with the provisions of the complete U.S. Regulation Z, and especially Appendix J, regarding interest calculation. LoanAmortizer Standard Edition works multiple amortization methods - Simple (U.S. Rule) and Normal (Actuarial). LoanAmortizer Standard Edition can combine any payment frequency with any compounding period.
