Do you have out-of-office appointments in your Outlook calendar? Do you want to block the travel time to get to the appointment's location?

The Travel Add-in for Outlook allows you to schedule travel and return times directly when creating or editing appointments.

Enter a location to use the automatic travel time estimation feature for driving, walking or bicycling to your appointment, including driving directions.

New: Create expense reports for one or more appointments using customizable Excel template files.

The add-in is available in English, German and Dutch languages.

Requirements: Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010
