New Call Center features simplify lead transfer from Call Center to the sales department. Included Territory management, allowing to assign regions to sales reps, reps to regional managers etc. A new, general interface has been created that allows connecting SprinxCRM to any accounting system.
Starting from version 6.0.3., the product name is changed to a shorter and compact version – SprinxCRM. The product logo is also changed as is the single user version, from Sprinx CRM Start to SprinxCRM Free Edition.
