Netman functions as a plug in for the Smartworks family of Application suite. It seamlessly integrates with other plugins (like Smart tracker) to provide a better way of managing helpdesk requests.

Netman is a must have tool for Network and System administrators as well as people responsible for implementing Software Asset Management in the organization.

Netman comes in five editions, tailored to the needs of the customers:

Netman-Ho : It is a Home office edition which has license for 5 clients bound to a Netman-HO server in a Local Area Network.

Netman-SO : It is a Small office edition which has license for 10 clients bound to a Netman-SO server in a Local Area Network. .

NETMAN-Professional has a 50 user license and is suitable for small to mid sized organizations.

NETMAN-Enterprise is a single site unlimited user edition and is suitable for organizations who have more than 50 PCs in their LAN.

Requirements: IBM PC pentium , 64 MB RAM, 15MB free disk space
