Then we have exciting news for you! File-a-Foto Portfolio Manager is the one combined programme for all these needs. Not only does it meet all these criteria, but you can customise it by creating your own “Titles/groupings” and “Sub-titles/groupings” to suit your personal needs.


This application was designed to assist photographers of all levels in compiling a data base of their portfolios (details of clients, jobs or events), generating and print invoices and retrieving the details of past jobs by means of a search function and general sorting routines.

Even for general everyday general photography, this application makes filing, organizing, searching and tracking easy.
