Publisher's description
"Help prevent and recover from RSI/OOS"
Published by South Pacific Software International Ltd on 22 May 2012
It is always important to look after your health and prevent injuries and using a computer is no different. We all need a reminder to help us maintain good habits if we start to slip. Peak Performance is not designed to prevent you from using the computer, march you out the door and whip you if you do not take regular breaks. Peak Performance trains you to take breaks so you do not develop debilitating medical conditions like Musculoskeletal Injuries (MIS) sometimes referred to as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI), Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS), Repetitive Motion Injuries (RMI), Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD), Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WRMSD).

Do you want software that works they way you works?

Some software products designed to help are enforcing agents which just frustrate users. Peak Performance is designed in a flexible manner to train rather than enforce, torture or drive the user insane. After you are trained you will not get reminders unless you slip back into your old habits. The software has a number of exercises which you can do while having an exercise (Stretch) break. Just understand we are not trying to give you are work out, that’s what gyms are for. In fact if you feel any pain exercises will make your problems worse so exercise carefully and concentrate more on relaxing.
