Keeping track of employee attendance is a must for any size business. Yet, tracking attendance, scheduling vacations, and documenting other calendar-based tasks can be extremely time-consuming. Gradience Attendance is a dynamic human resources software solution that makes it easy to view time-off balances, identify chronic absenteeism, and create and store documents to defend disciplinary action.
Gradience Attendance allows you to :
-View absences, plus vacation, sick-time and personal-time balances
-Recognize excessive absences or recurring patterns
-Easily track FMLA leave
-Include attendance-related notes/comments in a variety of formats ? Word, Excel, pdf and image ? to keep everything organized for fast retrieval or reference
-Customize settings in accordance with your company's paid time off accrual plan
-Set reminders for important dates such as employee birthdays, anniversaries and peformance reviews
-Protect sensitive data with sophisticated, government standard encryption
In addition, Gradience Attendance allows you to run more than a dozen customized reports to view attendance trends by individual, department or location. Reports can be exported in a various formats, including PDF, html or Exel.
Gradience Attendance is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista. Plus, technical support and software training are available.
Other Gradience titles include Employee Records, TimeClock, Personnel Forms, OSHA Recordkeeping and Employee Handbook. Each is loaded with functionality and flexibility to make handling critical HR and employee management tasks a breeze.
