Diamond Vision is a scanning software built for Scanning Service Bureau and for Corporations who want to run their own scanning department.
It works like a production line. You have your scanning stations, QC stations, Indexing, and Exporting to many different types of databases.
-Unlimited number of pages. Most scanning software today have limitation on how much you can scan, Diamond Vision does not, you can scan all you want the price of the software is the same.
-Full reporting tool built-in. Diamond Vision can give full report to see the cost of your projects, see what employees are producing and which ones are not.
-Indexing overseas import feature: many scanning service bureaus send their documents to be indexed overseas. Diamond Vision has built a easy function to integrate their work into your production line. Saving you, time and money.
-The cost. Diamond is very affordable, and we only build features that people really need, so you don't pay for extra unneeded features.
-Built to be efficient. The software works like a production line, you have scanning stations, QC stations, Index, etc... We even built in a function to have your documents index overseas and still be part of your production line.
