COMIREL's ActiPOINTnotesD extends Lotus Notes by the call management and telephony abilities of ActiPOINT. Under the concealed use of ActiPOINT calls can be initiated. Use the varied options of ActiPOINT like the quick dial and the dial by hot key. ActiPOINTnotesD accesses the contact data of Lotus Notes to identify the caller of an incoming call -- See who is calling. Is the actual caller found in the contact data of Lotus Notes the Notes own contact window opens and permits you a look on the past conversation with your contact. Use the comprehensive look-up function of ActiPOINT to find a contact or a call. In addition entire or partial export and import are made available. ActiPOINT creates EMail entries in Lotus Notes for every call.
