Publisher's description

"All Asset Tracker - Asset Manager"
All Asset Tracker is an easy to use database system that will allow you to manage all of your company's assets. Record as much information as you need to track using the program's 20 available data fields. Record asset descriptions, purchase dates, warranty expirations, asset values and much more. All Asset Tracker provides a simple and flexible asset management software solution.

All Asset Tracker provides a variety of ways for company assets to be grouped and categorized. Fields are available labeled Type, Category, Department and Status, and all are fully customizable to allow your assets to be organized any way you choose. Don't need to categorize your assets? Simply leave unneeded fields blank -- all data fields except for the asset description are optional.

A selection of standard reports is available to easily retrieve information about assets in the database. A powerful and extremely flexible custom reporting tool allows you to focus on the specific information you need to access and have it presented exactly as you wish it to appear. Import and export procedures allow you to transfer information between other systems and All Asset Tracker.

Complete illustrated documentation is available right from within the program. A tutorial is also available to take you through a few specific examples of entering new information in the database and running reports.
