Custom designed for eBay sellers, Auction Trak allows you to manage auctions & even automates emails straight into Outlook Express! Put simply, Auction Trak takes the thinking out of eBay. Automation of many tasks makes tracking auctions easier & faster. No longer do you have remember who has paid, which items have been sent etc; Auction Trak manages the eBay auction so that you concentrate your time on selling instead of writing emails.
Managing large volumes of eBay sales has never been easier. As Auction Trak was designed and developed by a team of Power Sellers, it features a number of built-in functions to streamline the eBay process. With its customer & inventory management systems, manual data entry is reduced. For example, customer information is only entered once. If there is a repeat sale, the customer's information can be automatically retrieved by selecting the customers eBay ID.
Thanks to a powerful email template system, writing emails has never been easier. Why, because Auction Trak does most of the work for you! To add a personal touch, emails are personalised to your customer and auction details are automatically appended to the end of your emails for tracking purposes. Auction Trak integrates with MS Outlook Express so you have a documented record of all business correspondence ("Sent Mail").

In order to reduce the number of mistakes made, Auction Trak features a very special feature. You have the option to assign pictures to your inventory items. Therefore, before sending out products you can validate the order contents is correct by referring to the onscreen image. As an additional control over your inventory, you also have the option to barcode your stock. Auction Trak features a built-in barcode creator that allows you to barcode inventory items using your current printer setup- no expensive equipment required!
