Customer Backup is a simple and extremely easy to use database software package that is able to keep records and information with regards to your customers.
This product is highly suitable for small scale businesses that are looking for a versatile way to store details about their customers, but that do not have time to learn complex database software packages nor wish to spend hundreds of dollars to acquire such packages.
Customer Backup offers a user friendly interface that completely renders opaque the database interface from end users, allowing them to populate simple and pre-defined fields to store the needed information inside the database.
Customer Backup eliminates the need for any learning and training on database usage as well as the huge costs related to this.
This product also comes equipped with several additional features to help you get the most out of your inputted customer information. It features multi-user networking capabilities, outstanding payment reminders, customer record printing, full backup and restore capabilities, and an appointment scheduler. It can also generate basic statistical information.
Customer Backup also features a login system allowing a user to be registered as an administrator, with the ability to control other users' permissions to add, update or delete customer records.
