Therefore it is important to know exactly how much a mortgage would cost and more importantly if you are able to afford it. This is why we created this little tool. It enables you to calculate your monthly payments easily by providing three simple data to the calculator; the total amount of the mortgage, the number of years and the interest rate. It also allows you to see the various impact of a variation of a data. For example, say you increase the number of years, you will then see your monthly payments go down.
