EXSS Facility Manager is designed specifically for small hotels, universities, fitness centers, SPAs, sports arenas, gymnasiums, turkish hamams, rent-a-cars, service areas, sanatoriums, pensions, rental facilities, etc.
EXSS Facility Manager can be used everywhere, where rental of some facility/resource takes place.
With this solution You can easily manage Your facilities, customers, employees, activities, scheduled tasks, financial operations.

The software consists of following parts
* Definitions: Facilities (+group, +category, +pictures), Customers (+category, +type, +marital status ... ), Organizations ...
* Administration: Employees (+category, +profession, +roles), Activities, Tasks, General Settings etc.
* Finance: Promotions, Payments, Cash Flows etc.
* Reporting: Reports and Analysis

* Hypercube approach was used: If while entering some data, You realize that You don't have created needed property in database previously, You can do this immediately, not leaving active form.
* Uniform & Intuitive design: Every detail form have the same layouting principles. Once accustomed to this, You will realise how easy to work with EXSS products.
