Auto Payroll 2.0

For companies that use time clock, timesheet, or pay employees by salary or commission, Auto Payroll can complete your payroll task in minutes. This tool is very simple to use. No accounting or tax knowledge is required. The tool can be learned in minutes by just following the Instruction Diagram on the Main Window. You only need to use the built-in time clock or timesheet to record employees' work hours, or you can enter employees' gross pay amounts directly. On payday, all you have to do is to click on the Process Paycheck button to generate the paychecks for all employees at once. This tool calculates federal tax withholding, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, and withholding tax for all states. It prepares the State Employer's Contribution and Wage reports, Forms 941, 944, 940, W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096. Auto Payroll generates up-to-the minute payroll tax liabilities and labor expenses reports. It also handles non-employee workers, user-defined deduction and income categories.
