Account&See Invoicing, Accounting and Inventory Professional is your one-stop business finance solution. It creates, prints and e-Mails Invoices, recurring invoices, quotations, proformas etc with multi currency and multi language support. All documents can be saved as a PDF file, and automatically attached to your e-Mails. A WYSIWYG Invoice editor allows you to create the invoice design that suits your business. The Purchase ledger tracks supplier invoices. See instantly how much money you owe, how much you are owed and a Trading and Profit and Loss Account is available within the Nominal Ledger. The Inventory and Stock Control module creates Purchase Orders and warns of low stock levels. Sales tax accounting for up to two different sales tax systems shows tax due on sales and tax owed on purchases. Bar code printing and scanning is fully supported with numerous barcode symbologies, Account&See comes complete with appointment calendars, a project timing and costing module, mailing labels, envelope printing, bulk e-mail and/or print mailshot facilities and one of the most extensive range of reporting and sales-break down facilities. Improving your cashflow is achieved with the integrated, editable, progressively sterner debt collection letters, plus a sixth court action form and e-Mailed invoices allow your customers to pay instantly via an optional one-click PayPal button.
