Remove Startup Programs Buddy 2.2 Publisher's description
The saying goes ?What you don?t know can?t hurt you.?, but where malicious programs and spyware are concerned, what you don?t know might be doing a world of damage to your PC, or worse, your privacy. Thanks to a handy little gift of freeware from Scorpio Software, PC users have a fast and highly effective tool for identifying and removing stealthy malware from their computer systems.
Remove Startup Programs Buddy performs an intensive examination of the startup systems registry, classifying each item into one of three groups, General Startup, Winlogon Startup and Custom Startup Programs. From there, users can evaluate the identity and purpose of each program in the startup routine and select items for removal which may be compromising the security of their system. The focus of this application goes far beyond the scope of typical startup managers and is intended to be a thorough anti-spyware tool. A Microsoft Windows? 95/98/NT/2000/XP/2003 operating system is required.
