Digital Patrol finds and deletes computer viruses in your computer disks and memory. The program has a unique system of "hot" update from the Internet, allowing you to easily and quickly update not only the antivirus databases, but other program components as well. Digital Patrol also makes a heuristic analysis of files, disks and system partitions to find new, previously unknown viruses and virus modifications. The program checks different archive types and self-extracting executable files. These features make Digital Patrol the best antivirus program in its class. Another advantage of Digital Patrol is a system of everyday updates that lets you stay protected from most recent viruses. This means you'll be protected from widespread viruses, such as Nimda, BadtransII, Goner, Myparty and Klez. Digital Patrol is one of the few antiviruses that work under Windows XP as well as under Windows 9x, ME, NT4 and 2000. In this version, monitor and quarantine are added.
